1Scope and Application

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by 6ph ("6ph," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and used in connection with the 6ph online gaming platform accessible at 6ph.one and all associated services, mobile applications, and communications (collectively, the "Platform").

This Policy applies to all registered players, prospective players, visitors to the Platform, and any other individuals whose personal data is processed by 6ph in connection with the Platform. By accessing or using the 6ph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

This Policy is to be read together with the 6ph Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform.

2.1 Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, gender, and government-issued identification numbers (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS, GSIS, TIN, passport, or driver's license number).

2.2 Contact Data: Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province), email address, and mobile phone number.

2.3 Financial Data: GCash account details, Maya account details, bank account numbers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks), debit card details, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, and account balance information.

2.4 Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account registration date, login history, session data, and account preferences.

2.5 Gaming Data: Game history, wagering records, bonus usage, win/loss records, and responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status).

2.6 Technical Data: IP address, device type and identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited on the Platform.

2.7 Communications Data: Records of your communications with 6ph customer support, including chat transcripts, emails, and call recordings (where applicable).

2.8 Verification Data: Copies of government-issued identification documents, selfies or photographs submitted for identity verification, and proof of payment method ownership submitted as part of the KYC process.

3How We Collect Your Data

• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct;

• To send you service-related communications, including account notifications, security alerts, and policy updates;
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting requirements under Philippine law;
• To support responsible gaming initiatives, including the administration of self-exclusion and limit-setting tools.

5Legal Basis for Processing

6ph processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Consent: Where you have given your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, such as receiving promotional communications;
• Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and 6ph (i.e., the Terms & Conditions), including account management and payment processing;
• Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Legitimate interests: Where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of 6ph, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

6Disclosure to Third Parties

6.1 6ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6.2 6ph may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Licensed third-party providers engaged to verify your identity and age;
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering service providers: Third-party services used to detect and prevent financial crime;
• IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and technical infrastructure providers engaged to operate the Platform;
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Philippine National Police (PNP), and other competent authorities, where required by law or regulatory obligation.

6.3 All third-party service providers engaged by 6ph are contractually required to process personal data only in accordance with 6ph's instructions and applicable Philippine data protection law.

7Data Retention

6ph retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period of at least five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with the record-keeping requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines and PAGCOR regulations. Certain categories of data, such as transaction records and KYC documentation, may be retained for longer periods where required by law.

When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies, 6ph will securely delete or anonymize the data.

8Cookies and Tracking Technologies

8.1 The 6ph Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to enhance your experience, maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage.

8.2 The following categories of cookies are used on the Platform:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management and security features. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences and settings, such as language and display options.
• Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how users interact with the Platform, to help us improve its performance and usability.

8.3 You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

9Data Security

6ph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls and authentication requirements for 6ph personnel, regular security assessments and penetration testing, and incident response procedures.

While 6ph takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 6ph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 6ph:

• Right to be informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed;
• Right of access: The right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Right to rectification: The right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
• Right to erasure: The right to request the deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations;
• Right to object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation;
• Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format;
• Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

11Children's Privacy

The 6ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. 6ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. 12Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of 6ph's third-party service providers may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the Philippines, 6ph will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, to protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

6ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
