2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 6ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 6ph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 6ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with 6ph's KYC procedures, including providing government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
3.2 You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your 6ph account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. 6ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 6ph customer support immediately. 6ph will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of such investigation.
3.4 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 6ph account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 6ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 6ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 6ph reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institutions.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 6ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as communicated to the player prior to any deduction.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and game transactions on the 6ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 6ph does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency.
5.1 6ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account for entertainment purposes and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 6ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. 6ph cooperates fully with the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and PAGCOR in investigating suspected violations. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 6ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
6ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
